Join us at MAC on Tuesday Sept. 23, for a FREE class designed for adults diagnosed with hypertension (high blood pressure). The class will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
High blood pressure is known as the "silent killer" because it shows no warning signs or symptoms and increases your risk of developing heart disease and stroke. By attending, you will learn the risks, discover ways to protect yourself, and make changes that matter!
