A new 175-page report issued by the Environmental Policy Innovation Center found that the Eastern Shore had far more technical assistance than some of the other regions in the Chesapeake Bay Watershed when it came to technical assistance for local environmental projects. Host Don Rush talks with Bay Journal reporter Jeremy Cox on the implications of the new report.
