With Earth Day approaching the Chesapeake Bay Foundation marked a number of victories in Annapolis including more oversight of DAF tanks that contain sludge from meat biproducts. Host Don Rush talks with Eastern Shore Director Alan Girard about how the organization did this legislative session.
