Artist Patrick Henry offers up "Phillips Cannery: Remembered" in a new exhibit at the Germantown School Community Heritage Center.
It features photos from slides of the famous Berlin facility provided by the Phillips family. Delmarva Public Media's Bryan Russo talks with Henry the story of this once essential plant.
