The Center for the Inland Bays has issued a new report which found that the region is still struggling with nutrient pollution and climate change. Host Don Rush talked with Marianne Walch, former director of Estuary Science and Restoration for the Delaware Center for the Inland Bay and co-author of the report, and center director Christophe Tulou. Meanwhile, Don Rush caught up with Bay Journal associate editor and senior writer Tim Wheeler who went out with scientists on the vessel the Bay Eagle for the winter dredging survey to assess the blue crab population in the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

Don Rush is the News Director at Delmarva Public Media. An award-winning journalist, Don reports major local issues of the day, from sea level rise, to urban development, to the changing demographics of Delmarva.
