This is the third and final year of the National Folk Festival in Salisbury before it transitions into a local event. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with Caroline O'Hare, local manager of the festival and Blaine Waide, associate director of the National Council for the Traditional Arts, about the preparations and the line up of the some of musical acts.
