Prior to joining DPM, Matt spent 16 years working in the environmental non-profit field where he gained considerable experience in non-profit management and fundraising. Matt grew up on the Eastern Shore and returned to the area in 2013 after spending time working in Memphis, TN. Matthew is the proud father of 3 children and you can usually find him with his family either at the beach or in the garden when he isn't working at the station.

Herb Archey hosts "Afternoon Jazz" on WESM 91.3 FM Monday through Friday from 1-4pm.
