The river otters are making a come back in the Chesapeake Bay watershed after years of decline with the improvement in water quality. In our weekly series with the Bay Journal Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with editor-at-large Karl Blankenship about the significance of the improvement.

Don Rush is the News Director and Senior Producer of News and Public Affairs at Delmarva Public Media. An award-winning journalist, Don reports major local issues of the day, from sea level rise, to urban development, to the changing demographics of Delmarva.
