A Biden-era program to help towns and cities reconnect neighborhoods divided by major highway projects has run into trouble. Since 2021, millions of dollars were spent to improve walkability and safety. But in the Trump era, that funding has been pulled back, directly affecting two towns on the Eastern Shore. Delmarva Public Media's Kevin Diaz has this look at the issue.
