The Big Beautiful Bill signed into law by President Trump slashes $800 billion from Medicaid which is expected to have a serious impact on rural hospitals. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with Dr. David Tam, president and CEO of Beebe Healthcare, about what he sees in the road ahead.
