It's time to help the needy and the Salvation Army in Salisbury is gearing up to raise $118,000 for its programs to meet the rising demand on the Lower Eastern Shore. In this excerpt from this Friday's Delmarva Today Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with Capt. Angel Simmons about what she sees as many come to the organization for assistance.
