For the first time since the closing of the Ward Museum building decoys will be on public display at the Delmarva Discovery Museum. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with Raye-Vallion Gillette, curator and folklife specialist for Salisbury University's Museum of Eastern Shore Culture, about the approach it is taking with the collection.
