The one year anniversary of the Russian invasion finds Moscow struggling against the U.S. backed forces of Ukraine. This week President Biden visited Ukraine and Poland laying out what he saw as the fight for the liberal ideas of the west. Meanwhile, President Putin railed against the United States for interfering in Russia's right to control the control. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Todd Becker, Salisbury University adjunct professor and former U.S. foreign service officer in Europe, about the two visions and where the conflict goes from here.
