Environmentalists say they are pleased with the moratorium on DAF sludge tanks in Wicomico County. But, Carol Dunahoo, Board Secretary for Wicomico Environmental Trust, told Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush that her group has concerns about whether the county will impose enough restrictions.
