Marylanders will be getting a break on the rising prices at the pump with a one month gas tax holiday. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot who said he was pleased with how quickly the governor and the state's top legislators came together to enact the measure. Franchot also reacted to the removal of the Confederate statue "The Talbot Boys" from the courthouse lawn in Easton. The comptroller is also running in the Democratic primary for governor.
