The World Cup is coming to Qatar this year. But, the games will also highlight the grinding experience of workers in the Persian Gulf country. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Natasha Iskander, author of "Does Skill Make Us Human? Migrant Workers in 21st-Century Qatar and Beyond," about the international business of migrant worker recruitment.
