With the coming of COVID 19 vaccines the cruise ship industry is coming back to life with Baltimore being one of the major ports on the East Coast. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Tom McAlpin, President & CEO of Virgin Voyages, about what is being done to ensure passenger safety and the outlook for the coming year.
