MD Comptroller: Hopes Election Brings More Bipartisanship

The election of Joe Biden to the presidency and the defeat of Donald Trump caused many Democrats to celebrate. Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot, who is expected to run for governor, tells Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush that he hopes there will be more bipartisanship on Capitol Hill.
