Princeton's Eddie Glaude on Passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Princeton

The body of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg lies in state in the nation's Capitol Building, the first woman to do so. She was not only a pioneer in advancing women's rights, but was seen as a major voice for civil rights. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush caught up with Eddie Glaude Jr., chair of the Department of African American Studies at Princeton University and author of a new book, "Begin Again: James Baldwin's America and Its Urgent Lessons for Our Own," to talk about her loss.

Don Rush is the News Director and Senior Producer of News and Public Affairs at Delmarva Public Media. An award-winning journalist, Don reports major local issues of the day, from sea level rise, to urban development, to the changing demographics of Delmarva.
