Julian Zelizer has written a new book, "Burning Down the House: Newt Gingrich, the Fall of a Speaker, and the Rise of the New Republican Party". In part two he tells Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush that there was another way forward, but that the road now taken may be very difficult to abandon.
