Ocean City opened its boardwalk this past Saturday to local residents. Susan Jones, executive director of the Ocean City Hotel, Motel, Restaurant Association, tells Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush that the easing of local restrictions will begin to help local businesses as they look ahead to the tourist season.
