Maryland Comptroller Peter Franchot has launched his bid to become governor in the 2022 election. However, he also butted heads with the previous Democratic Legislative leadership and has had a close working relationship with Republican Governor Larry Hogan. We caught up with Franchot during a visit the Eastern Shore last week to talk about his candidacy and the obstacles ahead.
