The Beebe Medical Foundation has exceeded its fundraising goal bringing in $45 million.
That’s $10 million above the goal set by the “I Believe in Beebe” campaign.
The original goal had been $34 million.
Vice President of Development Tom Protack told WBOC that this was historic.
The money will go towards a $200 million plus expansion project providing service for the South Coast region.
This will include a new cancer center and free standing emergency centers.
