There were some 40 lynchings in Maryland between the 1850's and the early 1930's. The Republican governor and the Democratic legislature have embarked on a truth and reconciliation commission to heal the wounds of that history. In part 2 of our series Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush looks at the 1931 lynching of Matthew Williams in Salisbury.
