Traffic Jams on Bay Bridge Draw Sharp Criticism from MD Comptroller

Maryland Transportation Authories warn that may be continuing backup problems on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge as they sort out how to deal with the impact of a $27 million repair work on the west bound span.  Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush caught up with Comptroller Peter Franchot who was dismayed at the prospect of more traffic jams.
