$725,000 Judgment for Wi-Hi Grad Against Neo-Nazi

Campus Compact

A federal judge has granted Wicomico High School Graduate Taylor Dumpson more than $725-thousand in her suit against a neo-Nazi website operator.

The judgment came down after Daily Stormer founder Andrew Anglin failed to respond to her lawsuit.

The judge award over $100-thousand in compensatory damages, $500-thousand in punitive damages and $124-thousand in costs.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that the lawsuit says Anglin called on followers to “troll Storm” Dumpson on social media after she became president of the student government at American University.

It resulted in bananas and threatening messages hung from nooses around the campus.
