Some Fireworks Now Allowed to be Sold in Delaware

creative commons

If you’re looking to celebrate this Fourth of July with some fireworks in Delaware for the second year you will actually be able to buy them.

Under Delaware law residents will be able to buy hand-held sparklers and certain other nonexplosive-non-airborne novelties that are federally regulated.

WBCO reports that the law says you must be 18 years or older to make the purchase.

The law still bars any device that explodes or shoots up into the air.
