Governor Larry Hogan made an appearance at the Maryland Municipal League conference in Ocean City yesterday.
And his themes ranged from job growth and education to transportation.
Speaking to around 600 local leaders hailed the gain of more than 120-thousand jobs in the state.
He also said that the state was committed to helping cities deal with the growing number of storms and hurricanes that arisen in recent years.
On the state’s public schools the governor noted that the state has invested $32 billion in K-12 education.
Hogan also touted investment in the state’s transportation system with the repaving much of the state’s highway system.
