flamingo.com

The famed Flamingo Motel in Ocean City has been sold.

It has stood for more than 50 years owned by the Brous family.

It had 112 rooms with over 51-thousand square feet.

The Daily Times reports that it is to be divided into two properties between the two towers and the original motel building.

The sale is still being finalized and the full details have not been disclosed but it is known that the two buyers are local.
