Saltwater Cowboy Ed Reynolds Has Died

The “saltwater cowboys” have lost one of their own.

Ed Reynolds died in a crash near his home in Bedford, Virginia.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that Virginia State Police say he died after the tractor he was driving hit a tractor-trailer on Tuesday.

The “saltwater cowboys” move the herd during the annual Chincoteague Pony Swim that brings thousand to the region for the event.

The Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company issued a statement about his death adding that the 75-year-old Reynolds will be missed.
