The Tanger Factory Outlet location in Ocean City has been sold.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that the company yesterday announced it has sold four of its non-core outlet center for a total of $130-million.
The other properties are located in North Carolina, Utah and Iowa.
The paper reports that the buyer of the Ocean City location has not been disclosed.
Tanger has owned the location for the last ten years and has put in $3 million to renovate the outlets.
The popular site in Rehoboth Beach will, however, stay open.
