DOVER, Del. (AP) - Authorities have arrested three people following a three-month, multistate investigation into drug trafficking on the Delmarva Peninsula.

Delaware State Police say 33-year-old James M. Frazier of Cambridge, Maryland, the alleged ring leader, was arrested Saturday near Dover. His bond was set at $809,000 cash. A passenger in Frazier's car, 37- year-old Trivette Jackson of Federalsburg, Maryland, also was arrested.

Police arrested 25-year-old Donisha Holland of Seaford after executing a search warrant in Sussex County. Police were still searching Tuesday for a fourth suspect, 49-year-old Reginald Sample of Seaford.

Maryland State Police say authorities have seized more than 13 pounds of suspected fentanyl-laced heroin, more than 74 pounds of marijuana, more than two pounds of cocaine, a pound of methamphetamine, five firearms and more than $97,000 in suspected drug proceeds.
