HARRINGTON, Del. (AP) - Delaware authorities have charged a Maryland man with reckless endangering after a New Jersey man was fatally shot when he showed up at his ex-girlfriend's house.

State police say 25-year-old Devon Emfinger of Aberdeen was with the 24-year-old woman on Valentine's Day when 24-year-old Donte Demunguia from Absecon, New Jersey, entered her apartment at a public housing complex in Harrington.

The woman went downstairs and was confronted by Demunguia, who was shot as he went upstairs.

Emfinger turned himself in on Friday and was charged with reckless endangering and possession of a firearm during a felony.

In October, Demunguia was arrested by Harrington police near the apartment complex and charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was taken into custody only after a police officer deployed his Taser.
