Maryland Governor Larry Hogan says he wants answers in the death of a teen at the hands of police.

He told the Baltimore Sun that along with the family of 19-year-old Anton Black he has been pushing for the state police and medical examiner to wrap up their investigation.

WBOC reports that the African American youth died after a September incident in which Greensboro police say they found the young man dragging a 12-year-old boy down the street.

He released the boy after being told by police to do so but then fled.

The television station reports that police eventually shocked him with a stun gun.

He later died after showing signs of medical distressed.
