The Federalsburg police say that 49-year-old Stanley Rickets has turned himself after becoming a suspect in a Caroline County murder.
Rickets had been sought by both the local police and the Maryland State Police in the death of 42-year-old Tameko Barham.
WBOC reports that her body was found by her family on Friday afternoon after she failed to report to work.
Her body is to be autopsied. She had not been shot as previously reported to authorities.
Her body was found in a shed on the Brown Road where she resided.
