A court battle in Delaware wants to take away part of the influence that CEO Mark Zuckerberg has over his company Facebook.

The case could force the company to reveal more confidential documents including potentially how executive made their decisions.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that the shareholders lawsuit is just one a handful that have been field in the Delaware Chancery Court taking aim at Zuckerberg’s power in the company.

The suit claims that his relationship with the board members has kept them from their oversight responsibilities.

The case against the $400 billion company is expected to be heard later this month.
