The winner of District 3 on the Wicomico County Board of Education is David Goslee.
The Salisbury Daily Times reports that’s according to the unofficial results of a recount.
That reverses an earlier count that had put William Turner in the lead by one vote.
This is the first time that voters have been able to choose the members of the school board in Wicomico County.
