A recount is on.
This time it’s in Wicomico County where the Board of Education is recounting the paper ballots from the Third District seat.
Candidate David Goslee initially was behind incumbent Bill Turner by one vote.
The original count was 3,055 to 3,056.
The recount has begun and could go through the end of the week.
Election Director Anthony Gutierrez told WBOC that the state law says that if the margin is within point-1 percent it picks up the tab.
