They won not only attorney general but also took back from Republicans auditor and state treasurer.
Democrat Colleen Davis bested Republican Ken Simpler in the treasurer’s race.
Meanwhile Rehoboth Beach Commissioner Kathy McGuiness took back the auditor’s office beating Deputy Auditor James Spadola who was appointed by retiring Republican Tom Wagner.
Senator Tom Carper (D) and Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester (D) won reelection.
