The body of 43 year-old Timothy Toner of Lewes was found early Monday morning by Rehoboth Beach police.
The Wilmington News Journal reports that it was discovered in the surf at Delaware Seashore State Park just south of Dewey Beach.
The paper reports that Toner was reported missing after a friend saw him wade into the ocean near Rehoboth Avenue.
There is no foul play suspected but an investigation is being conducted by state and local authorities.
