Rumors Fly After Tri-State Christian Academy Fires Principal

Tri-State Academy Website

The Tri-State Christian Academy near Elkton has announced that it will join Reach Christian Schools.

It also said it was firing its principal Keith Wilson.

But the Wilmington News Journal reports that the move sparked concerns about the future of the Tri-State institution especially Wilson’s abrupt departure.

Reach leaders have insisted that students were not being targeted for expulsion for protesting Wilson’s dismissal.

Acquisition by Reach Church would expand the number of schools it oversees to a total of five.

Tri-State Christian Academy serves students from Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
