There is a $25-hundred reward for information for the 2017 homicide of 31-year-old Arthur Smith in Salisbury.

The shooting took place on Gettysburg Avenue around 9:30 p.m. when he left his home to walk his dog.

Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Smith lying in the front yard of a home with a gunshot wound.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that police are looking for information about a car that was seen leaving the area shortly after the shooting.

It’s described as a small, black, four-door vehicle.
