Dick’s Sporting Goods may not be selling assault-style rifles anymore but some local Delaware firearm sellers say they’ll continue to offer the weapon.
The decision by the sporting goods chain comes in the aftermath of the Parkland, Florida high school shooting that left 17 people dead.
But the Wilmington News Journal reports that gun stores like Delmarva Shooting Supply in Seaford won’t be doing the same.

Meanwhile, Beth Parsons, owner of Shooter’s Choice in Dover, told the paper that assault style weapons make up 15 percent of her stock but fears changes in the law could hurt her clientele.
