Dover's Toys R Us Set to Close

Toys R Us logo

The Toys R Us store in Dover will be closing and is among the 182 that are being shut down by the company nationwide.

It’s part of a Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.

The company said it was part of a reinvention of the company’s brands that require tough decisions.

But the Wilmington News Journal reports this will still leave the Christiana Toys R Us and Babies R Us in Delaware.

There are also plans to combine Toys R Us and Babies R Us in a number of locations.
