The Bright Rock Christian Academy in Dover has been ordered to discontinue handing out diplomas.
A Delaware Superior Court Judge issued the order saying that it must do so until the state Department of Justice investigates claims that the diplomas are not being accepted by institutions of higher learning.
WBOC reports that the state’s consumer protection unit has been investigating the complaints by former Bright Rock students.
The order also suspends their corporate charter and will assess penalties and fines if any further diplomas are issued.
