Firefly Music Festival Gets Underway

Firefly Website

The Firefly Music Festival in Dover has gotten underway.

Yesterday morning the hip-hop group Trio kicked off the event at the Northeast Hub stage as the early campers got their own parties started.

The festival is now in its sixth years and has grown from 30-thousand attendees in 2012 to 90-thousand last year.

The genres range from hip-hop to alt-country.

The acts include Chance the Rapper, Wale and Twenty One Pilots.
