Governor Hogan's Cabinet Visits Carroll County

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Gov. Larry Hogan's Cabinet secretaries will be touring Carroll County.

The heads of Maryland agencies will make multiple stops in the county on Thursday.

Agriculture Secretary Joe Bartenfelder will attend a Chesapeake Bay Cabinet meeting at the Carroll County Career and Technology Center, along with Ben Grumbles, the secretary of the Department of Environment, and Department of Natural Resources Secretary Mark Belton.

State Schools Superintendent Karen Salmon will take part in the Maryland Heroin and Opioid Educational Forum at Westminster High School. She also will visit Hampstead Elementary School with the governor.

Department of Aging Secretary Rona Kramer will visit the Carroll County Bureau of Aging and Disabilities.

Other heads of Maryland agencies also will be making stops in the county.
