East Salisbury Elementary School Put on Partial Lock Down

East Salisbury Elementary school was put on partial lock down this morning as police searched for an armed suspect.

Lt. Tim Robinson with the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office told the Salisbury Daily Times that this was done out of an abundance of caution.

He said his office did not believe that the staff or students were in danger.

Students and teachers were not allow to leave the school grounds.

There were no further details on the investigation or the suspect.
