BALTIMORE (AP) - Police arrested three people on disorderly conduct charges during a vigil for a slain Baltimore rapper.

Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis says a small group of people threw bricks and bottles at police officers as they tried to clear the streets Monday night.

Davis says the vigil began around 5 p.m. Two dozen police vehicles eventually showed up and ordered the crowd to disperse. People ignored the officers and a standoff ensued.

Democratic mayoral nominee Catherine Pugh also showed up around 10:30 p.m. and urged people to leave.

Davis says the standoff ended around 11 p.m. without any injuries.

Tyriece Watson, who was known as "Lor Scoota," was shot in his car in Baltimore on Saturday night. Police continue to search for the suspect.

Baltimore police say even though detectives have gotten more tips about the fatal shooting of a local rapper than any other crime, officers have not identified a suspect in the slaying.

Spokesman T.J. Smith said at a news conference Monday that investigators still need the public's help in finding the person who shot 23-year-old Watson Saturday evening.

Martin was shot while he was driving near Morgan State University. A Baltimore City councilmember said that Watson had been at a charity basketball game at Morgan State before being shot.

Smith said anyone who had had photos or videos of the event that Watson attended, or of anything that happened between the time Watson left campus and was shot, should send them to police.
