Trump Trademarks Come to Delaware

Don

While Donald Trump is on the campaign trail 110 of his trademarks are coming to Delaware.

They are being transferred to a holding company in an effort to save the presumptive Republican presidential nominee millions of dollars in taxes.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that many are well known such as Trump Tower and Trump National Golf Club.

The shift to DTTM Operations LLC means that Trump will not have to pay income tax on royalties from the use of the trademarks.

The paper reports that neither the campaign nor the Trump Organization that handles the trademarks had any comment on the transfer.

The News Journal reports that DTTM was incorporated in Dover in January.
